Hi Friends and Family!
Jonathan & I had an appointment on Friday to test for chromosomal disorders for our baby. We weren’t sure that we needed to, but just to prepare in case. Anyhow, I would recommend it just for the extra opportunity to see your baby! The sonogram technician looked for a specific measurement of the thickness of a fold in the baby’s neck. While she looked for several good measurements, Jonathan & I got to watch our baby move for about 2o minutes! We caught him/her at a very active time! We saw him open and close his mouth and stick a little tongue out, jump around like an acrobat, make fists and do V-sits! We saw all four well developed limbs. He/she sure looked comfortable lounging around with an arm behind his head. We also saw the baby right on my full bladder! So amazing. We might know the gender before Christmas! On Tuesday, we’ll have our four month appointment with our doctor…we might just have the most watched baby around! Check out gallery to see the sonograms.
