It’s a Girl!
Right before we boarded a plane to visit family, we found out in a quick sonogram that we are having a girl! We are very excited and now I feel as if I can truly begin to “nest” around our place. It won’t be long now–we are halfway through our pregnancy. As usual, we have new sonograms in our gallery. They are not as good and look a bit scarier than the last, but that is because she is developing bone rather than cartilage. She still looks beautiful in a strange way to us!
Last night was the first night Jonathan was able to feel Baby move! She was kicking in both directions, hitting my bladder and outside uterus wall. It was an amazing moment! Although I think that for Jonathan it was more reminiscent of the famous scene from “Alien”!

We are SO excited for you! You will love having a girl…we sure do! Boys are great too…I don’t know which is best! Have fun with the last trimester coming up. We can’t wait to hear how it goes!
