Hiccup…thrash…hiccup…thrash
Well well well. I guess we are in the throws of the last trimester! Last night was the first sleepless night due to baby. I felt these small pulses every two seconds and then violent kicks, punches and turns. Baby girl obviously doesn’t like hiccups! She went on like this for at least 30 minutes before either of us could go back to sleep.
We had our seventh month appointment last Friday and spoke to our doctor more about delivery and pain medication. It’s a brave new world and I slowly feel more informed on all the options. Our sonograms are actually becoming cute. We even saw her yawn and swallow. We can guess that she is about two pounds and between 14-16 inches long.
I’ve loved talking to several family and friends recently about their delieveries and births. Thanks for your advice and support. I especially love hearing success stories since so many pregnancy/delivery stories are more graphic than most horror flicks!
Please be praying for wisdom as we get ready to sell my favorite sports car to buy a Momma Mobile. I don’t want to give up our Acura, but it’s surely time. Thank you!
Check out more sonograms in our gallery.
Love to all!

It’s great hearing how your pregancy is progressing! I can’t believe you are already 7 mos pregnant. Your baby girl will be here soon. I received an email from my sister, Maria, today. She is very excited and can’t wait to see you and Jonathan in a few months! I am feverishly working on your baby girls’s “Welcome to the World” gift – I hope I can finish it in time for your little one. Take care and stay healthly. Love to you and Jonathan.

Yah, I can’t wait till the baby is her, especially because “Grandma Maria” keeps trying to “practice” holding the baby with my pet guinea pig!! (so don’t be surprised if she starts “oinking” at the baby when she first holds it!)
(sorry Mom, I had to tell!)

Yesterday, I felt the foot of my friends baby (she is due next week) I got to push on her tummy & felt the heel…. then i thought about your tummy & got sad that I won’t be able to see a kick or feel my niece before she’s born. that just means when she is born I’m going to make up for it!
Jared has plans already to get her into jeeps
Love you both! Jess
